If you are nearing completion of your degree/certificate requirements and are getting ready to graduate from NPC, you must complete the following GRADUATION REQUEST and APPROVAL process.

- October 15 for Fall graduation
- February 15 for Spring graduation
- July 1 for Summer graduation
NPC HOLDS ONE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY IN MAY FOR ALL GRADUATES (Fall, Spring & Summer)!

NPC GRADUATION STEPS
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE REQUESTS/APPLICATIONS!
1 REQUEST TO GRADUATE >
To graduate from NPC, you must complete a Request to Graduate with your academic advisor. This can be completed via this online form (link above) or in person at any NPC location. Once your request is processed, your official graduation application will be submitted to the Records and Registration Office for processing.
Completion of the Request to Graduate does NOT guarantee approval of graduation.
2 APPROVAL & INVITE >
Once your REQUEST TO GRADUATE is approved, NPC’s commencement team will ask you to complete the Commencement Participation Form. We will send this form and a commencement packet to you in February or March by mail and email. YOU MUST COMPLETE the Commencement Participation Form to walk at the May commencement ceremony.
3 GRADUATE INSTRUCTIONS >
Upon completion of the Commencement Participation Form, you will receive detailed instructions via mail and email from NPC on what to prepare for on the day of Commencement.
