This student success workshop helps NPC students develop the perseverance, resilience, and well-being practices that support long-term academic success. Participants will explore the concept of GRIT and learn how passion, persistence, and a growth mindset can help them overcome challenges and stay focused on their goals. The workshop also introduces the pillars of well-being, including physical, emotional, social, and financial wellness, and their connection to student success. Through self-reflection and practical strategies, students will learn how to manage stress, build healthy habits, and maintain motivation throughout their educational journey. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a personalized toolkit for strengthening their well-being and staying committed to achieving their academic and career goals.
