This student success workshop helps NPC students build financial knowledge and make informed decisions about paying for college and managing their money. Participants will learn about financial aid resources, including scholarships, the Metallica Scholars program, SNAP-related supports, and strategies for understanding student loans and rent-to-own agreements. The workshop also covers essential financial wellness topics such as budgeting, responsible credit card use, and understanding paycheck deductions and take-home pay. Students will explore career and wage-planning tools such as O*NET and Pipeline AZ to connect educational goals with future employment opportunities. By the end of the workshop, participants will have practical resources and strategies to improve their financial well-being and confidently navigate both college and everyday financial decisions.
